Looking for office

Dear Sir or Madam,
I'm speaking in the name of Croatian company, We are in the process of establishing our company in Hungary, and we would like to open our office in Budapest. Our needs are small office (cca 60m2 in total), with 2 or 3 rooms: – One room for customer service/office assistance person - One room for marketing coordinator - One room for some kind of executive
Or if you have option with just two roomes (One smaller and one bigger), it’s also fine with us. We’ll have 4 employees (two 100% of the time in office. and two 95% of the time will be on the field). Regarding that we’ll need 2 parking places also, so please be kind to include them in your offer.
Please do you have something appropriate and disposable form September 2017, for period of 12 mnths at least?
