Looking for office from 5, 6. 7 and 8 district

We are a Swiss company but we have a side office in Budapest. Now we are looking for a new office possibilities from the city center.
In Budapest we have currently 3 employees but we will recruit many new people soon. By the end of the year, we may have 6 to 10 people in total.
We don't precisely yet know how much space we would need. The rough estimate is 50 to 100 square meter. It depends about the structure of the office. Ideally there would be 3-4 rooms - two working rooms, one meeting room and kitchen (maybe for common use).
I am the contact person but our employees in Budapest can go to see some office possibilities.
