Searching for Long-term lease separate office area（200 sqm）in Budapest

Hello,

We are searching for Long-term lease separate office area in Budapest recently(rent for 2,3 years and very likely much longer), I saw your contact information in the internet advertising, hope you can provide some suitable office resources then we can do further discussion for those offices.

Our requirement:
1. The office should be arround net 200 sqm(you can also send office area from 150 to 250 Sqm).We will have around 30 employee working in it.
2. It should involve:
Front desk area
Office area
Meeting room(at least 1 big meeting room for up to 15 people and 2 small meeting room for up to 4,5 people)
Independent man's room and women's room only can be used for our employee
Independent kitchen with sink and microwave inside, our employ will enjoy meal in it.
At least 1 or 2 Independent Office, our boss will working in it.
